www.eartheasyenergy.com This article will explore what does it actually take to build your own solar panel at home. So what does it take to build your own solar panel? You will need the parts, the drive to build your own solar panel and finally the schematics or plans that tell you exactly where to connect the parts. The Parts I would hate to disappoint you but unless you are living in some sort of factory, you cannot get the parts for free. Sure you might be able to salvage some or most of them from unused appliances or other things, but you will still have to shell out the money for the things you will not be able to find around you. The Drive Do you want to stay off the grid? Do you want to not pay another penny for your electricity? Then it is time to stick by those words, you will get nowhere if you *give up*.It is not hard to build your own solar panel for your home. But it gets hard once you question your ability to reach your goal, so never ever say you cannot do it, you can! The Schematics or the plans The plans is the core part of your journey, you just cannot do anything without them. But the good thing is that they come cheap unlike the parts, those may cost you upwards of three hundred dollars. You can find the plans on the internet for around fifty dollars if you look well enough, and that is a bargain. You hit the nail on the head it is dependent upon your needs if you get BTU from sun for air and water heating then that is less you need to glean from solar panels use all the passive solar that you can to lessen the cost of owning an off grid system. This means having an energy efficient home storing water above ground to lessen pumping if you have a pump to a well hang cloths out to dry. Laptops rather than home PC all save energy.
The freezer the door opens up not out reason a freezer is wanted because a freezer is insulated better keeping its temperature. Remember you don’t make cold you remove heat keep that principal in mind you will save energy every where like using compact fluorescents vs a traditional light bulb in the summer that light bulb produces a lot of heat while you have an ac to remove heat the two are fighting against one another and you are feeding them both. Go solar use LED light most efficient.
Whats difficult for me to even get into the solar panels is trying to figure out the cost of each part of the system within each place that sells them and the differences in panels etc. Could you share the price of these panels and other equipment you have shown?
